Student Leadership

Prefects 2011-2012

Head Prefects are: Kelcey Huggins and Danielle Borden (both in Year 13)

Assistant Heads are: Clare Louise McGrath—Hospitality, Katalina Watler—Liturgy and Service, Sasha Veeran—Academic Support, Alia Huizinga-Wright—Mentoring, Lucy Day and Gemma Cowan—Charitable Fundraising, Chloe Tathum—Spiritual/Special Events.

Other Prefects are:  Zachary Choudhury, Corey Christian, Mario Dadal, Patryk Kielczewski, Dennis Figueroa, Alexandra Franklin, Richelle Hew, Allison Antonio, Chantal Martin, Rejuan Henry, Melanie Moore, Kimberly Carlos, and Justina Cullinane.

These students have various responsibilities, including: acting as role models for younger children, assisting staff with supervision around campus, charitable fundraising, and representing the school in various community events.

Key Club and Builder's Club

The Key Club offers upper school students (Years 10-13) the opportunity to participate in service projects and fundraisers throughout the year, with some students traveling to the annual convention in the USA. Key Club meetings are normally held during lunch time. For further information on Key Club 2011-2012, contact villence.buchanan@st-ignatius.com.  Key Club is under the auspices of the local Kiwanis service club.
